Happy Tuesday, gamers, and welcome back to Vice City. The new footage of the long-anticipated sequel just revealed a lot of new info about the mega entertainment title, including the full names of its protagonists (Jason Duval and Lucia Camino), along with some shockingly gorgeous graphics.

And I mean, REALLY gorgeous graphics. Rockstar’s photorealistic visuals look to be stepping things up to a new level with these criminal lovebirds as they romp around the fictional version of Miami that hasn’t been seen since Tommy Vercetti was tearing it up in the mid-2000s.

“Set in Vice City, Jason & Lucia have always known the deck is stacked against them,” the game’s new official synopsis says. “But when an easy score goes wrong, they find themselves on the darkest side of the sunniest place in America, in the middle of a conspiracy stretching across the state of Leonida — forced to rely on each other more than ever if they want to make it out alive.”

The nearly three-minute trailer shows Jason and Lucia caught up in some hot passion, some hot crime, and some hot weather as they look to get their own slice of the American dream, featuring lots of embracing, sensual love, and guns. Guns and crime.

The GTA 6 website got a huge overhaul, too, where a lot more information can be found on our stars.

Lucia’s father taught her to fight as soon as she could walk,” it says. “Life has been coming at her swinging ever since. Fighting for her family landed her in the Leonida Penitentiary. Sheer luck got her out. Lucia’s learned her lesson — only smart moves from here. More than anything, Lucia wants the good life her mom has dreamed of since their days in Liberty City — but instead of half-baked fantasies, Lucia is prepared to take matters into her own hands.”

Jason, meanwhile, “wants an easy life, but things just keep getting harder,” the site says. “Jason grew up around grifters and crooks. After a stint in the Army trying to shake off his troubled teens, he found himself in the Keys doing what he knows best, working for local drug runners. It might be time to try something new.”

The website also features looks at new characters Cal Hampton, Boobie Ike, Dre’Quan Priest, Real Dimez, Raul Batista, and Brian Heder, all of whom look like your classic, colorful GTA characters brought to the modern era.

GTA 6 was recently delayed to May 26, 2026, so this trailer and site update should keep fans frothing and fiending for more for quite some time.
